Full Journal pdf2006-04-03 House Journal Page 2979 SB 232 A message dated March 30, 2006, was read stating the Senate has failed to concur in the House amendment to CSSB 232(FIN), namely: 2006-04-03 House Journal Page 2980 HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 232(FIN) am H "An Act making appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and capital appropriations; amending appropriations and funding sources; making appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date." and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment. In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the House to consider the bills: Senator Wilken, Chair Senator Green Senator Hoffman **The presence of Representative Berkowitz was noted. Representative Coghill moved that the House recede from its amendment to CSSB 232(FIN), namely HCS CSSB 232(FIN) am H, and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House recede from its amendment to CSSB 232(FIN)?"
